It’s like the Boardwalk webcam on the Ocean City website. I used to look at it a week before to get excited before going to Ocean city for the weekend. Back then, I thought, how cool would it be for regular folks to hook up their webcams and point them out their window? We all have cable Internet now and it’s up and running all day long, why not put it to good use? Right…
There are several websites that have webcam links to almost all over the world, but because I use google maps so often, I am totally digging the idea of webcam locations embedded on Google Maps. The actual webcam service is provided by Webcams.travel.
So, go ahead and check it out on Google Maps (enjoy the Washington Monument from a geeks webcam). Make sure to check the webcams option under ‘More” before you send me an angry email.
Peace Out.
