Eco-Friendly Invitations!

One of the latest trends in the wedding sphere is the green wedding.  I must admit, if I had had a little more time to plan my own wedding, and perhaps more ambition, I probably would have tried to do it more sustainably.  Amazingly enough, there are more and more products and services out there that are sophisticated, chic, and of very high quality that just so happen to be environmentally-friendly.  One of my favorite websites for eco-friendly wedding invitations is Earthly Affair.  Not only do they offer simple, elegant, and contemporary designs, but they are fully committed to the environment.  Because of the nature of the invitations, the operation isn’t as massive as some of the larger invitation companies.  And they’re not as focused on customization, which some may prefer.  But they have put a great deal of thought and effort into reducing their carbon footprint through recycling and energy-saving practices, and by using FSC certified products and eco-friendly production methods.  Check out their offerings here.
