We presume, since you clicked on this, that you’d like to know a little about us. Well, there’s a lot to tell and not much space, so we’ll try to be as succinct as possible.
We’re a husband and wife photography team and have a soft spot for people and special occasion. We find great joy not only in shooting weddings, but in the traditional and cultural aspect as well. It may sound cliché, but no two weddings are exactly alike. And that’s what we love about our work! We’ve traveled and observed a lot over the past 10 years and, because of that, bring a certain amount of curiosity and insight to every wedding that we cover. We also strive to bring flexibility, creativity, discreteness, and professionalism to our shoots.
You may ask what’s unique about our style. We like to think of ourselves as photojournalists in that we take an edgy, non-traditional, and candid approach to shooting weddings - from start to finish. That’s not to say that we won’t cover the standard posed shots; those are certainly part of our repertoire. But, we also spend a great deal of time capturing the raw and spontaneous moments that often end up defining the wedding, those moments that the bride and groom may not even know about, but will surely appreciate days, months, and years later. We’re also happy to cover engagement and portrait sessions, which tend to be quite relaxed and fun. We feel they’re a wonderful way for us to get to know the couple before their big day. Not to mention, it’s a great way for the couple to get to know us and our technique and style at the same time. Well, obviously!
